What is the Petit Kembs cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. After this time, the first night will be charged.

RESTAURANT

The reservation is essential for the restaurant. Beyond the fact that the latter is intimate and cannot accommodate more than 22 people, we ask you to tell us about any allergies, diets or intolerances, because you will not know what you will eat until your dishes be served!

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card. For any cancellation within 24 hours or no show, we will retain €100 per table.

We only offer five tables, four of which can accommodate 4 people, and one for 6 guests.

INTERNAL RULES OF THE ESTABLISHMENT (restaurant and guest rooms)

• For security reasons, including firefighting, our space is completely non-smoking.
• Our animal friends are not accepted.
• A public car park is located rue de Schlierbach 80m from the establishment and a place along the house is at your disposal to unload your luggage.

GUEST ROOMS

Arrival time: the rooms are available from 4 p.m. but it is possible to drop off your luggage before.

Departure time: the rooms must be vacated by noon at the latest. We can keep your luggage for the day if needed.

Breakfast, included in the price of the night, is served from 7.30 am to 9.30 am in the restaurant room. Nevertheless, these hours can be adapted according to the needs of each one, and in particular of our professional customers.

Snacks, snacks, picnics and meals are not allowed in the rooms

Unfortunately the rooms are not up to standard for people with reduced mobility. They are located on the top floor of an old half-timbered house from 1850, and the rooms are accessible only by stairs. On the other hand, the restaurant has all the infrastructures for the reception of people with reduced mobility.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Reservation guaranteed by bank imprint still valid on the date of stay
• Payment from the guest house by credit card, cash or check

Your credit card will be charged in case of no-show or late cancellation under the following conditions:

• Free cancellation possible up to 48 hours before your arrival
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: 1st ^night charged
• No show: 1st ^night charged
